Being in OWM has changed my life. When I first joined, I had very little confidence. I also was not familiar with goddess worship. I joined three years ago, I would do a little bit of the lessons, and then go do other things. I kept coming back, but did not have the confidence that I could succeed.
Big changes were made during that time. I was called by Baba Yaga just before my 60th birthday. I dedicated myself to the Triple Goddess, and got a triquetra tattoo (my family was horrified, but I love it)! I also started writing for the first time in forty years. I had done some writing in college and just after that. However, I was in an unhappy marriage for 25 years and stopped writing. Now I write poetry, spells and short stories, and it is so much fun!

This past year, I dedicated myself more to my studies, and also had the confidence that i could do the lessons and the project. I think I always knew that I could, but just didn't have the faith in myself. The Sisters had faith in me and are so loving and kind. They have been a real family. I am learning and doing many things that I have never done before, or haven't done for years. I have also become Wiccan, as it became clear to me that it is my path. I'm also learning many different Reiki modalities, and everything that I learn enriches the knowledge from Sisters in Celebration.
