Dancing Goddesses by Shakina

I believe that we should all swim in the stream which beckons us, and I embrace the diversity in all women and their beliefs.

My personal practice encompasses a love of the Spirit of Nature as manifestation of the immanence of a Loving Creatrix. While I have studied shamanism, Judaic and European belief systems, over time I have found myself adapting and evolving in personal awareness in the benefits of contemplation and centering work, being blessed with the magnitude of sensing Divine love and Presence, within, without, surrounding us all. In this context, I released many of the more complex ideologies I had previously embraced, recognizing that in the beginning there was Love, and we, Gaia and nature are Love's manifestation. We are One. Love is expressed and held within the Feminine aspects of a complete deity. I, personally, do not separate the masculine and feminine attributes of Deity into separate "beings", but recognize that the One is also both. I became a High Priestess in 2008. I live in the Olympic Rainforest with my husband, 2 dogs, 3 cats and woods full of coyote, raccoons, bear, cougar and elk. We all have a home here.

I love quilting, herbology, studying history and hiking outdoors, and the spirituality in plant communication as another way for Deity to touch us. I am also a student of Braucherie.

"In a time between times, in a place without space, I stand in the presence to beseech you, O'pa and O'ma of the wood. Crooked and bent, let your hounds run through the wynd as the wild horn blows". James Kincaid

Be blessed,
Wren
